The admissions office · Document Check
Documents uploaded from home, verified at the office.
Families upload marksheets, ID proof and certificates from their phone. Admissions staff review each document against the application, mark it verified or ask for a re-upload, and missing documents trigger reminders automatically.

Questions
About Document Check
Is verification automatic?
No. Your admissions staff verify every document. Rvedavision organises the queue and records each decision.
Which file types are accepted?
JPG, PNG and PDF. Large photos are compressed on upload so families on mobile data can submit easily.
Can we verify originals on reporting day?
Yes. A reporting-day checklist lets staff tick off original documents as each student reports.
