Billing questions
About plans and billing.
What is a season?
A season is twelve months of admissions for one academic session, for example from October 2026 to September 2027 for Session 2027.
What happens if we receive more enquiries?
Additional enquiries are billed at $15 per 1,000 on the School and College plans. We let you know when you reach 80% of your limit, and you never lose an enquiry.
How does the free start work?
Sign up and use Rvedavision with up to 1,000 enquiries at no cost. No card is needed. Upgrade to a plan when you are ready for the season.
Are WhatsApp, telephony and payment fees included?
No. WhatsApp conversation charges, call minutes and payment gateway fees are billed directly by those providers at their rates.
Can we pay in Indian rupees?
Yes. Prices are listed in US dollars and invoices for Indian institutions can be raised in rupees with GST at the prevailing rate.
